Artisan Lettuce Salad With Creamy Zinfandel Vinaigrette

I purchased some cute little heads of artisan lettuce so wanted to make a simple but somewhat special salad... Why use bottled dressing when it's this easy to mix your own that tastes this good? Sweet red grapes and garlic-butter croutons rounded out the fresh flavors of the salad.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions shopping list
- 1/4 cup white Zinfandel wine shopping list
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise (add more for creamier dressing) shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk all ingredients together, chill for at least 1 hour.
- Whisk again before serving.
