Amazingly Hot Portuguese Piri-piri Sauce

- 6 piri-piri chilli peppers shopping list
- 1 tsp coarse salt shopping list
- 1 garlic clove shopping list
- 1 tsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Stem and chop the peppers including the seeds.
- Place the peppers, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and olive oil in a food processor fitted with a metal blade and purée.
- Pour the mixture into a glass jar and let it steep for at least three days in the fridge.
- It keeps well in the fridge for up to a month.
