Raspberry Red Velvet Cake

- 1 c fresh raspberries,pureed and strained shopping list
- 1 box (18.25 oz) red velvet cake mix shopping list
- 1/2 c seedless raspberry jam shopping list
- 2 TB raspberry liqueur shopping list
- 2 pkgs. (16 oz ea.) cream cheese frosting shopping list
- 2 c shredded coconut shopping list
How to make it
- Neat oven to 350'
- In liquid measuring cup,cobine berry puree and enough water to equal 1-1/4 c. Prepare cake mix according to pkg. directions,substituting puree mixture for water and adding jam;divide among 3 greased and floured 8" pans
- Bake 15 mins or till done.. Let cool;trim cakes to level.
- On platter,assemble cakes with frosting. Gently press coconut onto sides and top of cake.
- I top with some fresh raspberries and I added the coconut on the sides and top
