Caramel Bread

- 1 kg bread dough (from any supermarket/bakery) shopping list
- 250 ml fresh cream shopping list
- 250 ml (1 cup) brown sugar / honey shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C
- punch down the bread dough
- take a hand full of dough and roll into a fist sized ball
- Place the balls into a deep casserole dish
- (balls can be touching)
- Mix together the cream and sugar and pour over the balls.
- Place casserole dish into the oven and bake for approximately 45 - 60 minutes.
- (You can usaully tell when it's ready by the delicious aroma, and the top goes golden brown)
