Tangy Curry Pasta Salad

- 1 Bag pasta Shells shopping list
- 1 green pepper shopping list
- 1 Sweet onion shopping list
- 1 Cup ketchup shopping list
- ½ Cup Vinegar shopping list
- ½ Cup oil shopping list
- ¾ Cup Sugar shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons curry powder shopping list
- Tabasco Sauce shopping list
- Pepper to taste shopping list
- fresh parsley for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta in salt water until al dente and drain when cooked.
- Dice green pepper & onion into small pieces, and then add it to the cooked pasta.
- Mix all the other ingredients to make the sauce and mix thoroughly into the pasta.
- Refrigerate – (the left overs-if any- tastes even better the following day when the pasta has absorbed some of the sauce)
- Garnish with parsley.

If you love tangy and spicy and OILY foods, this one is for you.
Please cut back the oil by half. All else is as advertised.pointsevenout in Athens loved it
