Green Grape Dessert

Again, trying to use leftovers and after having a similar dish at a fancy restaurant we thought this even tasted better than theirs. All I had was green grapes but I would suggest both seedless red and green grapes together next time. Read more This can be considered as a fruit salad also. As a dessert it stands well alone but I would also serve this over pound cake slices!! See less
Ingredients
- 4 cups seedless green grapes ( mix in red too ) shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced and or slovered almonds shopping list
- 1 cup thick Greek yoghurt or thick sour cream shopping list
- 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- dash of fresh grated nutmeg shopping list
- heavy cream to thin shopping list
How to make it
- Blend the Greek yogurt, or sour cream and vanilla well
- Thin out to make saucey with cream
- Mix the nuts and grapes together
- Stir in the yogurt mixture
- Place into a serving bowl and garnish with another grating of nutmeg
- Serving Suggetions: in lettuce leaves as a salad and spooned over pound cake for an extra special dessert
