Velveeta Nacho Bake

This is really good and easy to throw together! Thank God for VELVEETA!
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Velveeta shells and cheese shopping list
- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1 pkg taco seasoning shopping list
- 1/4 c water shopping list
- 1/4 c sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 c shredded cheddar shopping list
- 1/4 c salsa shopping list
- 1/2 c crushed tortilla chips shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 and coat a 8 in baking square
- While mac is cooking brown the meat and drain
- Add taco seasoning and water to meat and simmer 5 minutes
- Stir in sour cream and the mac dinner
- Layer the mac mixture and beef
- Sprinkle the cheese on top
- Cover
- Bake 15 min and top with the tortilla chips and salsa
- Bake uncovered 5 more minutes
- Enjoy!
