Stir Fried Sweet Potato Leaves (ipomoea Batatas) In “fu Yu” (fermented Tau Foo)

- 300gms sweet potato Leaves shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced shopping list
- 3 tsp chili Fu Yu (use the one with chilly and sesame oil) shopping list
- ¼ cup water shopping list
- 1 chilly sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in wok and add garlic. Fry till fragrant. Add Fu Yu and mashed it with the back of the ladle. Fry till Fu Yu is fragrant before adding sweet potato leaves. Fry for a few minutes and add a little water for about 2 minutes then transfer to a serving plate.
