Bisquick Oven Baked Chicken

- 1 Tbs butter or margarine shopping list
- 2/3 cup Original Bisquick® mix shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika shopping list
- 1 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 cut-up whole chicken (3 to 3 1/2 pounds) shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 425°F. Melt butter in rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches, in oven.
- Stir together Bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken (I use a plastic zip top bag for this). Place skin sides down in dish (dish and butter should be hot).
- Bake 35 minutes; turn chicken. Bake about 15 minutes longer or until juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.

This is my go to when I am craving oven baked chicken. Thanks for posting. Now I don't have to mess with going somewhere else to find it. LOL

This sounds good and easy. I dont have a whole chicken, but I do have bone in thighs and breast. Looks like Im a year late, but thanks for sharing

This was very good. Quick and easy. Tried both with and without skin. Loved them both. The skin was more crispy fresh out of the oven, though. Thanks for a great recipe. More in IMI more
