Rainy Day Soup Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • put onion and beef in your favorite soup pot and saute til very brown
  • add herbs and tomato paste with water/flour combo
  • add all the other ingredients and fill pot to the top
  • boil stiring often til veggies are tender and soup is thick enjoy!

    Last night, we felt the first slight tinge of coolness in the night air. Can't help but think of hot soup, fresh bread and a fire. This recipe looks great. Good post.

    sometimes i use rice or barley instead of the potato, whatever i have on hand :)
