No Pudge! Original Fat Free Fudge Brownies

- 1/3 cup cake flour shopping list
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups baker's sugar (superfine sugar) shopping list
- 1/2 cup Ghiradelli unsweetened cocoa powder shopping list
- 4 teaspoons powdered egg whites shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 2/3 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all the ingredients, with the exception of the yogurt, in a medium bowl. Cover and store in a dry place until you're ready to make the brownies.
- To make the brownies, preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Spray an 8X8-inch metal baking pan with cooking spray.
- Combine 2/3 cup yogurt to the mix and blend with an electric mixer for 1 minute, until the batter is smooth and shiny. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 34 minutes. Cool and slice into squares.
