- 200 G (1 CAN) SNAILS IN BRINE, DRAINED shopping list
- 125 G butter shopping list
- 5 cloves garlic, FINELY CHOPPED shopping list
- 60 ML parsley, FINELY CHOPPED shopping list
- 60 ML chervil, FINELY CHOPPED (OPTIONAL) shopping list
- 60 ML chives, FINELY CHOPPED shopping list
- 1 LOAF OF brown bread, CRUST REMOVED AND CUT INTO TRIANGLES shopping list
How to make it
- PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 180C
- PLACE SNAILS ON A SNAIL DISH
- MIX TOGETHER BUTTER, GARLIC AND HERBS AND DOLLOP OVER SNAILS
- BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL BUTTER HAS MELTED AND SNAILS HAVE HEATED THROUGH
- SERVE WITH WEDGES OF BREAD
- NOW I LIKE TO USE BAGUETTES INSTEAD OF THE BROWN BREAD, TOAST THEM THEN PILE LOTS AND LOTS OF CREAMY CAMEMBERT OR BRIE - ROAST THEM UNDER THE GRILLER AND SERVE IT WITH DRINKS
