Black Raspberry Muffins

- 2 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 2 tb. sugar shopping list
- 2 tp. baking powder shopping list
- 3/4 tp. salt shopping list
- 1 large egg, beaten shopping list
- 1 c. milk shopping list
- 1/2 c. melted butter shopping list
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. black raspberries shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Grease 1 sheet of 12 muffin cups, or use paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mix flower, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a smaller bowl, beat egg, milk, and butter.
- Mix egg mixture into flour mixture.
- Fold in raspberries, distributing relatively evenly.
- Fill muffin cups.
- Bake 25 minutes, until muffins are golden brown OR a toothpick inserted into their centers come out clean.
- Let cool 10 minutes.
