licorice allsorts slice

- 2/3 cup condensed milk shopping list
- 125 grams butter, cubed shopping list
- 1 Tbsp golden syrup shopping list
- 220 grams plain biscuits/cookies. (i use milk arrowroots) , crushed fine shopping list
- ½ cup desiccated coconut shopping list
- 200 grams licorice allsorts, chopped shopping list
- ½ cup chocolate melts shopping list
How to make it
- In a saucepan, combine condensed milk, butter and golden syrup. Heat, stirring until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine biscuits, coconut and allsorts, then mix in the condensed milk mixture.
- Stir with a cutting motion until combined.
- Press into a lined lamington tin (mines about 9 inches square) and allow to cool for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate and drizzle over the top. Leave to cool in the fridge for an hour before slicing.
- Makes about 24 slices.
