Thick Creamy Parsley Sauce For Fish

- 1 Tablespoon flour shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon butter (not margarine) shopping list
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped) shopping list
- 2 Level tablespoons fresh parsley (finely chopped) shopping list
- 1 Cup of full cream milk (not skimmed or reduced etc.) shopping list
- seasoning to taste (salt & pepper) shopping list
How to make it
- On low heat, melt butter in pan.
- Add garlic and cook for 3 minutes
- Add flour, seasoning and stir in well.
- Add milk slowly continuing to stir and thickens to a creamy sauce.
- Remove pan from heat, add parsley and stir in.
- Pour over your cooked fish.
- I like steamed veges with this meal.
