- 1 kilo of ground pork shopping list
- 12 pcs Vienna sausage ( or you may use any kind as long as it is soft) ( sliced in halves) shopping list
- 6 pcs Hard Boiled eggs (sliced in quarters) shopping list
- 1/2 cup of sweet pickle relish shopping list
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce shopping list
- 2 cups of cheddar cheese (Grated) shopping list
- 1 cup of red bell pepper ( minced ) shopping list
- 1 cup of green bell pepper ( minced ) shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup of raisins shopping list
- 1 cup of carrots ( minced ) shopping list
- 1 cup of onion ( minced ) shopping list
- 2 cups of breadcrumbs shopping list
- 2 pcs of eggs shopping list
- 2 Tsp of dried parsley shopping list
- 2 Tsp of salt shopping list
- 1 Tsp of ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 Tsp of worcestershire sauce shopping list
- aluminum foil for wrapping shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl except the Vienna Sausage and Hard Boiled Eggs. Blend well either by hand or by wooden spoon.
- Place about 2 large scoops of the meat mixture in an aluminum foil. Flatten it using a spoon.
- Put in sliced vienna sausage and boiled egg alternately on the middle of the flattened meat mixture.
- Roll the foil to form a cylinder, locking the sausage and egg in the middle of the meat mixture. Seal the edges of the foil.
- You can make 9-10 cylinder depending on how long you wanted it.
- Steam for 1 hour.
- After steaming, set aside for a while to room temperature.
- Refrigerate until turns a bit cold.
- Slice and serve... You may dip them in Ketchup or Mayonnaise.
