Renes Prize Winning Baked Stuffed Scallops

- 1-1/2 lbs sea scallops,quartered shopping list
- 1 stick butter(no substitute) shopping list
- 1 c Ritz crackers,rolled med. fine(no substitute) shopping list
- 1 c plain white fresh bread crumbs(do not use packaged) shopping list
- 3 shakes seasoned salt shopping list
- 3 shakes black pepper shopping list
- 3 shakes garlic powder(not garlic salt) shopping list
How to make it
- In saucepan melt butter. Mix together the cracker crumbs and bread crumbs. Add to melted butter along with seasonings. Add the scallops and mix well being careful not to crush the scallops .
- Place scallop mixture in shallow casserole just large enough to accommodate the mixture in one layer in a snug fit. Do not grease casserole. Por 1/2 pint heavy cream slowly and evenly over top of scallops.
- Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 mins. to 1 hour. or till golden. Heavenly!
