- Kudu loyn cut into 2 inch pieces or any other game loyn shopping list
- Corriander leaves 2 hands full shopping list
- sweet basil 2 hands full shopping list
- Italian flat leave parsilly shopping list
- 100 ml olive oil shopping list
- 100 ml lemon juice shopping list
- 30 ml soya sause (dark) shopping list
- 5 cloves garlic crushed shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all igrediants together in plastic bag and let it marinade over night in fridge or ice box if you are in the bush
- Barbecue over very hot coles for 2.5min each side or if you do not like rare to medium rare meat then just keep longer on fire.
