Frosted Flake Cheese Cake

My mom make this while I was growing up. She always use cherries to put on top.
Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar frosted Cornflakes, crumbled shopping list
- 1/3 c. melted butter shopping list
- 2 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese shopping list
- 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened milk shopping list
- 1/3 c. lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 1 can cherry pie filling shopping list
How to make it
- Mix cornflakes and butter in a 9 inch pie pan.
- Press firmly and evenly.
- Chill.
- Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy, add sweetened milk and blend thoroughly.
- Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
- Pour into crust and chill for 3 to 4 hours.
- Top with cherry pie filling and serve.
