Sweet Potato Fries With Banana Ketchup Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Clean sweet potatoes
  • cut to your liking
  • season with salt and drizzle olive oil on top
  • bake @ 350 for 20 minutes
  • if you want them golden broil for 2 minutes
  • In a blender mix banana and all ingredients for the sauce till perfectly pureed .
  • Tip.... for best presentation and a kick of extra flavor add some rosemarry
