raspberry sour cream muffins

yummy basic muffins from Company's Coming recipe book
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking soda shopping list
- dash salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine room temp shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup coarse chopped rspberries shopping list
How to make it
- sift first 5 ingrdients in a bowl
- make well in centrer
- in another bowl, cream butter ans sugar
- add eggs, 1 at a time
- beat in sour cream and vanilla
- add to well in dry mixture
- add raspberries
- stir all until moistened
- fill 12 greased muffins tins 3/4 full
- Bake 350F until tester comes out clean''cool in pan 5 mins and remove from pan to cool on rack
