Cranberry Raisin Bran Cookies

A new twist on the old idea of oatmeal cookies-the craisins in the recipe add color and a zingy flavor all their own! the addition of the raisin bran gives these cookies a great texture!
Ingredients
- 2 c butter shopping list
- 2 c brown sugar shopping list
- 1 c white sugar shopping list
- 1 tbsp vanilla shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 3 c flour shopping list
- 1 tbsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp allspice shopping list
- 2 cups craisins shopping list
- 2 c chopped pecans (optional) shopping list
- 2 c raisin bran shopping list
How to make it
- Cream sugars, butter,and vanilla
- add eggs and mix til well incorprated
- mix all dry ingredients, including craisins raisin bran and pecans
- mix 1/3 of dry ingredients at a time till all added
- place 1 tsp balls of dough on greased or sprayed cookie sheet
- cook for 8-10 min or until lightly brown-cookie will be slightly soft
- place on rack and cool
- store in plastic bag or tight fitting cookie jar
