- 4 tablespoons butter softened shopping list
- 50g white vegetable fat shopping list
- 50g sugar shopping list
- 100g plain flour shopping list
- 50g rolled oats shopping list
- 1 tablespoon plain cocoa powder shopping list
- Filling- shopping list
- 4 tablespoons buter, softened shopping list
- 75g icing sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons plain cocoa powder shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees c/Gas mark 4 and lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Cream the butter, fat and sugar together untill light and fluffy. Beat in the remaining ingredients.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place on the baking sheet. Flatten with a fork dipped in hot water.
- Bake untill golden for 20 minutes.
- Leave to cool on the baking sheet.
- To make the filling, cream the butter untill fluffy then gradually beat in the icing sugar and cocoa powder.
- Sandwitch the cookies together in pairs with the filling.
