Creamy Vegetable Casserole - Diabetic Friendly

- Ingredients; shopping list
- 1 package ( 16-oz ) frozen blend of broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower shopping list
- 1 can ( 10 ¾ -oz ) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted or low-fat shopping list
- 1 carton ( 8-oz ) spreadable garden vegetable cream cheeseor low-fat shopping list
- ½ to 1 cup seasoned croutons shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven at 375 F.
- Prepare vegetables according to package directions; drain and place in a bowl. Stir in soup and cream cheese. Transfer to a greased 1 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with croutons. Bake, uncovered, at 375 F. for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Yield: 6 servings.
