- 1 large chicken. shopping list
- I bottle of ReGGae ReGGae Sauce, it contains the following ingrediants, so could make your own if you cant buy it. shopping list
- barley malt vinegar shopping list
- Suger shopping list
- Red Scotch Bonnet Chilli shopping list
- tomato puree shopping list
- garlic . shopping list
- ginger. shopping list
- All spice shopping list
- spring onions shopping list
- black pepper shopping list
- mixed herbs shopping list
- coriander shopping list
- Papricka shopping list
- nutmeg shopping list
- cinnamon shopping list
- basil shopping list
- thyme shopping list
How to make it
- There seem a lot of ingrediants if your going to make your own sauce.
- I'm lucky here in England to have the ready prepared sauce, but it is poss to make your own, just takes longer to prepare.
- Get yourself a plump, free range chicken, smother in the ReGGae ReGGae sauce.
- Can be cooked lying down but i use an upright Chicken roaster.
- It cooks quicker & its never dry.
- Depending on the size of the chicken pop in a hot oven, 10 mins 210 if using a fan oven, then reduce the heat to 160, or 170 if its not a fan oven
- Cook till the juices run clear about 1 & half hours
- The wonderful smells let you know this is going to be a good one.
- If you prefere use chicken portions, less cooking time.

I just looked up "Reggae Reggae sauce" on google, and got u-tube, music sites, etc.
(no culinary bottles to be seen!) I love the music and your list of ingred. looks enticing!! thanks for all that typing!!!ttaaccoo in Buffalo loved it
