I love the books The DragonRiders of Pern by Anne Mccaffery. This is the normal everyday drink that they drink in the books. Much like we drink coffee.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sweet ground chocolate shopping list
- 1/2 cup dark cocoa shopping list
- 3/8 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dark instant coffee crystals, ground to powder shopping list
- small pinch of nutmeg shopping list
- *vanilla, may be added after each cup is made shopping list
- sugar and creamer as preferred shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together all of the ingredients
- Use two to four teaspoons of the mixture per cup of boiling water.
- Stir well.
- The klah should be thick, much like hot cocoa.

- However, the way I like to make it, I just put cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg into a coffee filter and stir in hot chocolate powder after the coffee is made.
