Starbucks Blueberry Coffee Cake

- For the Cake: shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted shopping list
- 2 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 1/2 tsps baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground mace shopping list
- 1 cup fresh blueberries shopping list
- For the Topping: shopping list
- 2 tbsps unsalted butter shopping list
- 1/3 tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- To make the topping, combine cinnamon, sugar and flour in a small bowl. shopping list
- Add butter and beat with a pastry blender until the mixture is crumbly. shopping list
- Set aside. shopping list
- To make the cake, beat together the egg, milk and butter in a large bowl. shopping list
- Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and mace into a bowl. shopping list
- Add the egg mixture and beat together until well blended. shopping list
- Stir in blueberries. shopping list
- Lightly butter a 9-inch-diameter cake pan. shopping list
- Evenly spread the cake batter in the pan and sprinkle with the topping. shopping list
- Bake in a preheated 350° F oven for about 40 - 45 minutes. shopping list
