CRABMEAT AND SHRIMP CASSEROLE

- 1 pound crab meat shopping list
- 1 pound shrimp, 50/60 count, peeled and deveined shopping list
- 3 celery stalks shopping list
- 1 medium bell pepper shopping list
- 1 medium onion shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- Pinch each: cumin, coriander seeds, nutmeg, star anise shopping list
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 tablespoon mustard shopping list
- Splash Tabasco shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- Shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- cracker crumbs, for topping shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute celery, bell pepper and onion in butter until onions are transparent. Boil shrimp for 4 minutes and drain. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Add 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese. Pour mixture in casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs and remainder of Cheddar cheese. Lightly drizzle with melted butter. Bake for 30 minutes.
