I bought this Braunschweiger that was terrible. It was Sheboygan's brand. Way to salty and turned to a plastic substance when heated. So here is what I did to make it eatable. (I think this word is wrong, but my spell checker keeps giving it to me this way! Read more ) See less

- 1 - 11 ounce package of Braunschweiger
- 1 - 8 ounce package of fat free cream cheese
- 1 bunch of green onions, really just half of the tops, chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
go view your shopping list

Ingredients

1 - 11 ounce package of Braunschweiger shopping list
1 - 8 ounce package of fat free cream cheese shopping list
1 bunch of green onions, really just half of the tops, chopped fine shopping list
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce shopping list

How to make it

Make sure the Braunschweiger and the cream cheese is at room temperature.
Mix them together well.
Add Worcestershire Sauce, mix well again.
Add green onion ends and again mix well.
Serve on your favorite bun, I warmed ours!
These turned out much better then expected!!!!
