Garlic Sauce

This simple sauce is a big hit here in my town and surrounding areas, most the takeaway shops sell it, and we have it on chips, pizza's, kebabs and on our chicken escalope parmesans
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1-2 galic cloves minced shopping list
- water shopping list
How to make it
- Put the mayo into a jug and gradually add a little water and mix
- it should be like a thick liquid
- put the garlic through a garlic press and add to the sauce
- mix well
- pour over chips, pizza's, jacket potatoes etc
- where i come from it goes with chicken escalope parmesans
