Chicken Casserole - Low-Carb Low-Fat

- Ingredients: shopping list
- 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast shopping list
- 2 cups chicken broth, fat-free shopping list
- ¼ Lbs. mushrooms shopping list
- 1 bay leaf shopping list
- 1 onion, sliced shopping list
- 2 carrots, sliced shopping list
- 1 cup celery, chopped shopping list
- 1 ½ tsp. salt shopping list
- ½ tsp. pepper shopping list
- 2 ½ Tbs. parsley, chopped shopping list
- ½ tsp. thyme shopping list
- ¼ tsp. marjoram shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven at 350.
- Place chicken in a 2 quart casserole dish. In a medium bowl mix all remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Bake, covered for 90 minutes or until chicken is tender.
