Crispy Belgian waffles

- 500 grams flour shopping list
- 500 ml milk shopping list
- 5 eggs shopping list
- 300 grams butter shopping list
- 30 grams yeast dissolved in 35 ml water shopping list
- 1 vanilla pod shopping list
- 10 grams sugar (1 TBS) shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- powdered sugar to decorate shopping list
How to make it
- Add the flour, milk and eggs together, do not stir yet
- Add the dissolved yeast
- Melt the butter in a saucepan on medium heat, add to the batter
- Now stir
- Add the scraped vanilla, sugar and salt
- Stir again
- Bake according to instructions of waffle maker
- Note: the waffle maker should be as hot as possible
- Enjoy!
