Confectioners Sugar Replacement For Diabetics - Sugar-free

- 2 cups nonfat dry milk powder shopping list
- 2 cups cornstarch shopping list
- 1 cup Splenda granular ( sugar substitute or equivalent ) shopping list
How to make it
- 1) Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- 2) Set processor on whip; whip until blended and powdered.
- stop the processor ocasionaly to stir up and reprocess.
- Makes 3 - 4 cups

- Calories per cup 614, Fat: 1g, Cholesterol: 16 mg, Sodium: 435mg, Potassium: 1437mg, Carbohydrate: 120, Protein: 30g
