Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts, skinned & deboned shopping list
- 1/4 cup oil shopping list
- 1 bell pepper shopping list
- 1 large onion shopping list
- 1 can tomatoes with green chilies shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 small can tomatoes shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- angel hair pasta or rice shopping list
How to make it
- Brown chicken in electric skillet in oil. Slice peppers and onions in rings. Add to skillet, cover and steam about 10 minutes. Stir in other ingredients, except pasta. Simmer on low heat until chicken is tender. Serve over pasta or rice.
