Quindim

Quindim is an egg and coconut pudding we all love around here.
Ingredients
- 10 egg yolks shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup of water shopping list
- 1 good cup of sugar shopping list
- 2 table spoons of butter shopping list
- 110 gr grated fresh coconut (or dried coconut flakes) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix well all ingredients.
- Take small moldes and greese them before you put the mix in.
- Bake in water bath for 30 minutes in high heat oven.
- Let it cool before you take the puddings from the mold.
- Bom apetite!
