SAUCY TURKEY MEATBALLS

- Ingredients: shopping list
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats shopping list
- ¾ cup fat-free evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 medium onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp.chili powder shopping list
- ¼ tsp. garlic salt shopping list
- ¼ tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1 ½ pounds lean ground turkey shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- 2 cups ketchup shopping list
- 1 ½ cups packed brown sugar shopping list
- ¼ cup chopped onion shopping list
- 2 Tbs. liquid smoke shopping list
- ½ tsp. garlic salt shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven at 350.
- In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place in a 13-inch x 9-inch x 2-inch baking dish coated with non-stick cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 10 – 15 minutes. Combine the sauce ingredients; pour over meatballs. Bake 30 – 35 minutes longer or until meat is no longer pink.
