- 4 pork cutlets, pounded thin shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon flour shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1 tablespoon green peppercorns, lightly crushed shopping list
How to make it
- In a large skillet, brown pork cutlets lightly.
- Remove from pan and keep warm.
- Add flour and stir until just fragrant.
- Add cream, stirring.
- Add peppercorns.
- Return pork to pan. Heat through and serve.
