Hotdog Stew Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a 3 or 4 qt stock pot (with a cover), add all of the ingredients
  • Mix well
  • Bring to a low boil using medium heat
  • Reduce heat, cover and simmer for one hour stirring occasionally
  • Serve over hot steaming rice

    Does this EVER take me back!!! My Mama used to cook this for us when we were little. But, she would also drop eggs to cook in the sauce. Can you believe it??? Eggs and hot dogs in a sauce!!!! I thought we were the only family that ate that.....haha!
