Banana Soy Milk Shake

- 3 cups vanilla soy milk shopping list
- 3 large banana's, chopped into chunks shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- 1/4 cup splenda shopping list
- ~ ~ shopping list
- I would also have added strawberries to this but Burgundy ate the whole box after school. shopping list
- blueberries, peaches, plums, really any fruit could be added.... shopping list
How to make it
- Put the soy milk and banana's in the blender.
- Put the top on and turn it on high.
- Through the center hole add the cinnamon.
- Then add the splenda.
- Blend until well mixed, about 1 minute.
- Serve with graham crackers.
- This thickened up just right.
- I did notice that the milkshake that was not drunk at our snacktime darkened up.
- You may want to add a teaspoon lemon or lime juice to it to prevent that.
