Ozark Redneck Caviar

This party dish goes for any occasion and you know you're a redneck when you grab the bowl and eat it all by yourself! Easy to do...
Ingredients
- 1 can purple hull peas, drained shopping list
- 1 can crowder peas, drained shopping list
- 1 can mexicorn, drained shopping list
- 1 small jar pimentoes, drained shopping list
- 1 small can ripe olives, diced shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped shopping list
- 1 green pepper, seeded, and chopped shopping list
- 1 small red onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 large jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped shopping list
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped shopping list
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped shopping list
- 1 (16 oz) jar Russian or French syle salad dressing shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving Goes great with corn tortilla chips!
